Our Best Selling Manifolds
The Control Centre of Your Heating System
Our manifolds are built for reliability and compatibility with most modern underfloor heating systems, making them ideal for both new installations and system upgrades. Whether you're expanding an existing setup or replacing an older unit, you’ll find dependable manifold options designed for efficient heat control and long term performance.
How is each system made up?
We provide detailed 3D images for screed, on-floor, and in-floor underfloor heating systems, allowing you to clearly visualise how each system is laid out before installation begins. These renders help remove uncertainty, improve planning, and ensure the right solution is specified for your space from the outset.
Alongside this, we offer a full range of wet underfloor heating systems, including screed, on-floor, and in-floor options. Every kit is designed with installation ease in mind, helping you achieve professional results without unnecessary complexity. Whether you’re upgrading a single room or fitting out an entire property, our systems deliver the flexibility, efficiency, and performance needed for long-term comfort.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose the correct kit size (m²)?
Choose the kit based on the total heated floor area, not the room size.
Measure the usable floor space (excluding fixed units like kitchen cabinets) and select the nearest kit size above your requirement.
Then choose the floor type you have -
Is it a new build? The pipework normally clips to the insulation before screed is applied = New Build Screed Kit
Is it a retro fit? If it is retro fit the underfloor kit will probably sit on top of your existing floor = Retro Low Profile Kit
Example 1
room 1 is 18m² room → choose a 20m² kit
Example 2
room 1 is 10m2, room 2 is 18m2, room 3 is 14m2 = 42m² area → choose a 50m² kit
If you're unsure, we recommend contacting us before ordering to ensure accurate sizing.
See "How Many Zones" for information on controlling your rooms.
What’s the difference between screed and retro low-profile systems?
Screed systems are ideal for:
New builds
Extensions
Floors being newly laid
Builds designed to current regulations
They are installed within the screed layer and typically use 150mm pipe centres — perfect for heat pump compatibility.
Retro low-profile systems are ideal for:
Renovations
Existing properties
Projects where floor height must be kept minimal
They sit above the existing subfloor and are ideal for refurbishment projects.
How many zones (rooms) do I need?
Each room that requires independent temperature is called a zone.
We recommend pipe circuit lengths of around 80m with pipe spacings of 150mm and provide 100m coils for each circuit. Shorter circuits provide higher output with lower running costs and can be used for renewable energy applications.
Example 1
A house with a ground floor area of 68m2
Area 1 - Lounge 24m2 needs 2 circuits of pipe = 1 zone
Area 2 - Open Plan Kitchen + Dining 32m2 needs 3 circuits but = 1 zone
Area 3 - Hall and WC 12m2 needs 1 circuit = 1 zone
The total number of circuits = 6
Total number of zones = 3
This would require -
1 x 6 port manifold for the 6 circuits of pipe
1 x 4 zone wiring centre (up to 4 zones) for the 3 independent zones
3 x thermostats (1 for each zone)
The options required to control the 3 zones seperately -
1 x 4 zone wiring centre (up to 4 zones)
3 x thermostats (one for each zone)
6 x actuators (these attach to manifold and are wired into the wiring centre and allow each pipe circuit to operate independently or grouped together to act as one zone)
For technical help when deciding which option is right for you give our technical line a call where one of the team will be happy to help.
What’s included in an underfloor heating kit?
Our kits are designed to include everything required for installation, typically including:
Underfloor heating pipe - 16mm flexible pipe for ease of installation.
Manifold - Standard Stainless steel or Auto balance option with both available for 2 to 12 circuits
Eurocone - manifold pipe connectors
2 port zone valve - wired into the underfloor wiring centre and helps switch the boiler on
Isolation valves - help isolate the pump and manifold if needed
Fixing system -
Screed -staples allow you to clip the pipework to the insulation
Low profile panels - sit on top of your existing floor and the pipe pushes into the panels for ease of installation
Edge expansion - allows for expansion and contraction of the system - fixed around the perimiter of every room
Pipe bend supports - neatly bends the pipe from the manifold into the floor
Pipe layout guidance - ask for help
Pump pack - circulates the water through the pipework at the correct temperature
Controls - wiring centre allows simple wiring, actuators let each pipe circuit open and close when needed, thernostats call for heat in each room as required
You can customise your manifold, pump pack, eurocones, and isolation valves during selection.
Do I need a pump pack?
If you are doing an area above 5m2 we recommend a pump pack
Your heat source (boiler or ASHP) will pump water with a flow temp at 50-70 degrees c (boiler) and 30-40 degrees c (ASHP)
The pump pack will then pump water into your underfloor heating system
If the supply water is too hot the mixer valve within the pump pack will control and mix the water to a safe temperature for your floors
You can choose between Single or Multi Zone System -
